Samuel Cole Jr is the founder and principal of Green Source Capital LLC, a nationwide commercial lender with a focus on the almost bankable borrower, a mortgage lending expert with more than 30 years of experience in finance. Cole has held positions at Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo and MetWest Commercial Lenders, where he was a branch manager. He currently serves as Chairman on the Board of Sabin CDC, an affordable housing community development corporation in Portland, Oregon. He also is a very active with CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CREW (Women In Commercial Real Estate) and NAIOP (National Association For Industrial Office Parks).
